Guy Oz is an experienced Escalation Manager at Forcepoint since July 2018, with prior roles as an Escalation Engineer and Tech Lead Engineer at Skybox Security from November 2016 to June 2018, and as a Diamond Engineer, Escalation Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. from November 2010 to November 2016. Guy has a strong background in defining and implementing escalation processes, managing high-severity support issues, and providing professional services for Fortune 500 companies. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Azrieli College of Engineering Jerusalem, Guy has also been involved in recruiting and mentoring engineers, creating knowledge bases, and delivering customer training sessions to enhance satisfaction and support capabilities.
