Jim (Pouli) Pouliopoulos is the Founding Director of the Professional Sales Program at Bentley University, where responsibilities include managing a comprehensive undergraduate sales curriculum. With extensive experience in sales training and performance improvement, Jim serves as a facilitator for Force Management, delivering workshops on sales effectiveness. In addition to teaching impactful workshops on workplace wellbeing and positivity through Electives and Art of Brilliance, Jim is a professional speaker at POULI.com, specializing in personal happiness and motivation. Previous roles include Marketing & Sales Strategist at KeynectUp and Owner & Head Coach at The Growth Coach. Jim's corporate experience includes senior marketing positions at IBM and as a Director of Sales and Marketing at Queues Enforth Development. Jim holds an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, respectively.
