Maggie Lukas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Maggie is currently the Head of Digital Bank Marketing at Forbright Bank since February 2023. Prior to this, Maggie worked at Brighthouse Financial from 2017 to 2023, where they held various leadership roles including Brand Marketing Director, Advertising Manager, and Brand Research Manager. Before that, they worked at MetLife as a Senior Marketing Consultant from 2014 to 2017. Their earlier experience includes roles as Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant at Ballard Spahr LLP from 2009 to 2013, and as a Marketing Associate at Lisa LeLeu Studios in 2009.

Maggie Lukas attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
