Michael Melching is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at Forbidden Root since July 2021, Michael also operates as an Entrepreneur. Past roles include General Manager at The Refectory Restaurant from February 2018 to January 2021 and Vice President of Operations at Copious Corp. from April 2015 to January 2018. Michael's career began at The Refectory Restaurant where contributions were made from 1985 to 2003 as a Server/Manager. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University.
