AJ Thomas is the Founder and Chief Troublemaker of The Troublemaker Lab, a coaching and fractional executive practice dedicated to empowering leaders to create impactful change. Currently serving as a Contributor for Forbes and an Advisor at X, the moonshot factory, AJ leads the Talent Experience organization and advises the Women of X leadership group. Additional advisory roles include positions with A.Team, SemperVirens Venture Capital, Magic Eden, Coreshell Technologies, and Pyn. AJ is also a faculty coach at the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, providing coaching across various programs. Educational qualifications include degrees from Columbia Business School, the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford University, New York University, and San Jose State University.
