Tigran Sloyan is a seasoned technology executive and thought leader with extensive experience in various roles. As Co-Founder and CEO of CodeSignal since February 2015, Tigran has focused on developing AI-powered skills assessments and learning tools for talent development. Tigran contributes to Fast Company and Forbes, discussing the future of work, education, and hiring practices. In January 2019, Tigran founded the #GoBeyondResumes movement to reshape talent measurement in hiring. Previous roles include Partner Technology Manager at Google, CTO at KeyIdeas and Yevista, Applications Engineer at Oracle, and Teaching Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where Tigran earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics.
