Tadeusz Kolodziejczyk has been involved in the culinary world since 2010, when they founded 5th Floor Cuisine. In 2014, they founded For True Foodies Only LLC, a mobile app and social platform promoting the best restaurants, chefs and sommeliers in the world and the art of creating great dining experiences. Tadeusz serves as the Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Product Officer for the company.

Tadeusz Kolodziejczyk attended Le Cordon Bleu Paris from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Diplome de Cuisine.
