Masao Horiuchi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and financial oversight. Currently serving as a常勤監査役 at U-NEXT HOLDINGS and as an outside director at both for Startups, Inc. and 株式会社 ペイロール, Masao also holds positions as an outside auditor for （株）ランディックス and as an outside director for 株式会社 サイバーエージェント. In addition to these roles, Masao is a part-time lecturer at Nihon University, teaching foundational knowledge in accounting and finance within the Department of Theater. Prior to these positions, Masao held significant roles at U-NEXT CO., LTD. and worked in finance and accounting at パーソルキャリア株式会社, and in venture capital at 大和企業投資（株）. Academic qualifications include an MBA from WASEDA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University.
