Laurie Hadler MSW, LCSW is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Outpatient Services at Footprints to Recovery since July 2018, Laurie has played pivotal roles in various capacities, including Clinical Supervisor, Senior Therapist, and Clinical Director, overseeing clinical programming for multiple treatment levels. Prior experience includes serving as the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health at The Alden Network, managing three units for residents with serious mental illness, and holding the position of Clinical Director at Rosecrance, where Laurie oversaw both adolescent and adult services. Laurie commenced a career in mental health as a Detention Officer at the Champaign County Youth Detention Center. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an Advanced MBA Certificate from Tulane University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Western Illinois University.
