Sridevi Lakshmanan is an experienced professional in assistive technology and accessibility, currently serving as Faculty in Assistive Technology at De Anza College since September 2011, while also consulting at SL Access Tech since June 2011. The role involves conducting assessments, training, and evaluations related to assistive technology, as well as designing accessible eLearning materials and promoting Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Previous experience includes working as an eLearning Consultant at Oliver Wyman and as a Media Technology, Art, & Resource Substitute Teacher at Singapore American School. Sridevi holds an M.A. in Instructional Technologies from San Francisco State University, a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Bangalore University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Madras.
