Emily Lannon is a highly experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on loyalty programs and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of the Global Loyalty Program at Foot Locker, Lannon has successfully led initiatives that earned FLX Rewards recognition as one of America's Best Loyalty Programs in 2022. Previously, Lannon held roles at Backcountry.com as Senior Manager of Loyalty, where strategic vision and implementation of a new loyalty program were pivotal. Earlier experience includes senior positions in retention marketing and digital strategy at Burton Snowboards, as well as social media marketing roles at Cigna. Lannon's career commenced with internships at Progressive Business Publications and Yale-New Haven Health after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
