Si U Sou serves as the Operations Director at foodpanda since April 2019, overseeing comprehensive operations including customer experience, logistics, performance, fraud management, and the pandago courier service. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Strategy & Planning, where advice was provided to the CEO on business strategies, and Head of Logistics, focusing on delivery fleet growth and cost efficiency. Prior to foodpanda, Si U Sou worked at Klook as a Strategy & Operations Manager, at Uber Eats as Operations & Expansion Lead, at GSK as a Medical Sales Representative, and at Deloitte as a Consultant. Academically, Si U Sou holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biochemical Engineering from UCL.
