Jackie Busse, MD, is a pediatrician with extensive experience in general pediatrics and a strong focus on community health. Currently serving on the Scientific Advisory Boards of FoodNerd and Kate Farms, Jackie has been an active pediatrician at Sutter Health - Palo Alto Medical Foundation since September 2010, providing outpatient care and inpatient coverage, including neonatal resuscitation and Level II NICU care. Additionally, Jackie contributes to the Pediatric Advisory Board of The Plantrician Project and served as an independent consultant for Sprout Organic Nutrition. In 2018, Jackie was a guest lecturer for eCornell, delivering a lecture series for the Pediatric modules of the online Plant-Based Nutrition certificate program. Jackie completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
