Ilser Adiguzel is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Foodnerd, a company focused on developing sustainable and nutrient-dense foods. Prior to this role, Ilser worked at Mars for a decade holding various finance positions related to ice cream products. Before Mars, Ilser gained experience at Wrigley, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Grainger. Ilser holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
