Josephine Wichmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Josephine began their career in 2008 as a Chef at M.M. Warburg & CO and worked there until 2011. Josephine then joined KHH Sülberg Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG as a Chef from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they worked as a Chef at Nil Restaurant - Bar - Lounge from 2012 to 2012 and later at VLET Restaurant from 2012 to 2013. Josephine then became a Kochkursleiterin at 1. Mannheimer Kochschule from 2013 to 2015. Josephine joined BMW Group as a Food & Beverage Manager in 2015 and held the position until 2020. Josephine then transitioned to the role of Business Development Manager at Foodji from 2020 to 2022. Their most recent work experience includes being a Projektdozentin at Hochschule Macromedia | Macromedia University of Applied Sciences from 2022 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Sales at Foodji, starting in July 2022.

Josephine Wichmann began their education at Gymnasium Philippinum from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained their Abitur. From 2008 to 2011, they attended Gewerbeschule 11 Hamburg and earned a degree as a Köchin. Following that, they studied at the Institute of Culinary Art from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Foodservice Management. Josephine then enrolled at Hotelfachschule Heidelberg - Fritz Gabler School of Hotel Management from 2013 to 2015, acquiring the degree of Hotelbetriebswirtin. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, they attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, achieving a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business, Management, Marketing und verbundene unterstützende Dienste.
