Matteo Leonardi is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Manager at Grey Silo Ventures since September 2022, overseeing the end-to-end investment process and leading investments in Agritech and fermentation industries. As a FoodHack Ambassador since April 2023, Leonardi also contributes to the food innovation community. Previously, during tenure at Italian Angels for Growth from July 2020 to September 2022, roles included Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Analyst, successfully closing multiple deals across various sectors, including Biotech, Deeptech, and Fintech. Earlier career experiences include positions at Accenture as Strategy & Consulting Analyst, where notable achievements involved integrating startups into open innovation initiatives, as well as consultancy projects for METRO and Bosca SpA. Matteo Leonardi holds multiple degrees from ESCP Business School and the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
