Caroline Bia is a professional in the field of sports psychology and mental preparation, currently serving as a Psychologue du sport et préparatrice mentale at CREPS Île-de-France since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role at Pôle Espoirs Rugby Lakanal focused on psychological assessments for athletes, as well as stages in psychiatry and addiction at CENTRE HOSPITALIER SAINTE ANNE PARIS. Caroline also provided mental preparation for high-level fencers at Levallois Sporting Club. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Psychologie de la Performance et du Sport from Université de Bourgogne, a Master in Préparation psychologique et préparation mentale from the University of Montpellier, and two licenses in Staps and Psychology from Université Paris Cité.
