Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Foodberry, Samjhana previously held positions such as Food Safety Manager and QC Supervisor in the food industry. Samjhana has also conducted research on heat stability of Ochratoxins and various projects related to processing and quality analysis of different food products. With a Master's degree in Food Science, Samjhana has a strong foundation in ensuring food safety and quality standards are met in their professional roles.
