Swapnil Kharche is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food service industry. Currently serving as Culinary Innovation Manager at Food Service India Private Limited since June 2022, Swapnil previously held positions such as Operations Chef NPD at Cogent Foods Pvt Ltd and Chef Manager at Della Adventure & Resorts Pvt Ltd. Additional experience includes roles as Chef Manager at Stanza Living, Sous Chef at Sodexo, and Operational Chef at Unilever Food Solutions.
