Polly Thibodeau has extensive experience in development and grant writing, currently serving as the Director of Development at the Food Research & Action Center since February 2013, with previous roles including Deputy Director and Interim Director. Polly chaired the FRAC Union for the National Organization of Legal Service Workers from June 2014 to January 2021. Before joining FRAC, Polly was the Director of Development at Joy of Motion Dance Center and worked as Administrator at the GWU Center for Risk Science and Public Health. Additionally, freelance grant writing was undertaken for various nonprofits between 2005 and 2007. Early in their career, Polly served as a Senior Research Assistant at Health Risk Management Group. Polly holds a BA in Dance from The George Washington University and a BA in Sociology from Hood College.
