Jennifer Moore currently serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Integrated Affiliations at Food For Health, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Inception Health, including Senior Manager, focusing on digital therapeutics, stakeholder management, and improving engagement with digital solutions. Jennifer also managed COVID epidemic triage efforts at Froedtert Health and has extensive experience in implementation and operations from their tenure at PatientWisdom and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where additional certification in Cultures and Communities was also earned.
