Emmanuelle Soubeyran holds the position of Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee of the EuFMD at FAO since June 2023 and serves as Deputy Director General for Food and Head of French Veterinary Services at the Ministère de l'Agriculture et de l'Alimentation since June 2019.
