Charlotte Mills has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR professional at Food Alert Ltd since February 2023. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions as HR Manager and Account Manager at Industrial Diagnostics Company from December 2011 to February 2023. Earlier in the career, Charlotte was a Floor Manager at The Staff of Life from April 2009 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Level 3 CIPD Diploma in Human Resources and an NVQ, both obtained from North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College, as well as GCSEs from Robert Smyth Academy.
