Peter McBride is a board member at Fonterra and a former director of Zespri International. Peter has also served as chairman of Kiwifruit Vine Health Inc (KVH) and Trinity Lands Ltd, and as managing director of South-East Hort Ltd.

Born in New Zealand, McBride has a long history of involvement in the country's agricultural sector. Peter began their career working in crocodile farms and lumber mills before moving into horticulture. In 2004, they founded South-East Hort Ltd, where they served as managing director for 16 years.

In 2010, McBride was appointed chairman of KVH, a position they held for three years. Peter then joined the board of Zespri International, where they served as a director for 17 years and chairman for six.

Most recently, McBride has been serving as a board member at Fonterra, one of the world's largest dairy companies. Peter has also been a member of the Global Supply Advisory Board and the China Advisory Board for Zespri International.
