Leigh Gourley has extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as Site Manager at Fonterra since September 2018, where responsibilities have included roles as Production Manager, Engineering Manager, and Maintenance Manager. Prior to Fonterra, Leigh worked at Burra Foods Australia from July 2011 to September 2018, holding positions such as Reliability Transformation Project Lead, Maintenance Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Certificate 4 in Competitive Systems and Practices from the Wiseman Institute in 2015 and a Certificate 3 in Engineering from Gippstafe, completed between 2004 and 2006.
