Todd Hennessy, MA, has an extensive background in academia and organizational consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Adjunct Professor at Fontbonne University since January 2007, Todd also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the same institution. As an Independent Research Consultant at C.A.P.E. Consulting since January 2018 and through Hennessy Consulting since February 2010, Todd provides expertise in organizational development and research. In addition, Todd manages Consumer Insights and Market Research at Bi-State Development, a role held since June 2001, and previously worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Organizational Leadership and Development from May 2000 to June 2001. Todd Hennessy's academic qualifications include a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
