Mariëlle van Deelen currently serves as Senior Operations Manager at fonQ since April 2024, previously held the same role at NADUVI from October 2022 to May 2024, and has extensive experience in operations management at Quicargo as Head of Operations and Business Operations Manager from December 2019 to October 2022. Other roles include HR & Operations Manager at Watermelon, Admin Hero and Junior Analyst at Social Impact Factory, and interim positions in operations and recruitment at Watermelon and Helpling, respectively. Mariëlle began the career as a tutor and homework coach at Bijlesnetwerk, alongside serving as a board member for external affairs at the Landelijk Overlegorgaan Bestuurskundeverenigingen and a student assistant at Utrecht University. Educationally, Mariëlle obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Organizational Science from Utrecht University in 2017.
