Jean-Karim E. is an accomplished HR Systems and HR Transformation Expert currently serving as the Workday HCM Product Owner and Peakon Product Owner at Fonds de solidarité FTQ since June 2024. Previously, Jean-Karim held various leadership roles, including Project Manager for Digital Technologies at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, where a significant digital project was successfully managed. With extensive experience at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in HRT Consulting, Jean-Karim directed ServiceNow and Workday projects while obtaining multiple certifications. Past roles also include Senior Director at Rizing HCM, where oversight of numerous HR transformation projects was achieved, and contributions to change management initiatives at National Bank of Canada and Bombardier Aerospace. Jean-Karim holds a Master’s degree in IT Project Management from EM Strasbourg Business School along with additional educational credentials from HEC Montréal and Prépa HEC Lycée Daudet.
