Simon Tubb is an experienced professional with a background in cultural studies and project management. Currently serving as an Advisor at Fonds Podiumkunsten since March 2023, Simon also coordinates international projects and contacts for the Oerol Festival and acts as the European Project Manager and Initiator at Learning Hub Friesland. Previous roles include a trainee position at Gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân and a student researcher at EUROCITIES, where Simon contributed to benchmarking reports and analyzed cultural policy developments. With internships spanning social work, content management, and educational assistance, Simon possesses a multifaceted skill set complemented by academic qualifications, including a Master of Arts from KU Leuven and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nottingham.
