Mario Clerici is an accomplished scientist and educator with extensive experience in the field of immunology. Since January 2009, Mario has served as the Scientific Director at the Don C Gnocchi Foundation, IRCCS. Concurrently, Mario has held the position of Head of Department at the Università degli Studi di Milano since October 1992, where responsibilities include serving as Chair of Immunology. Earlier in Mario's career, valuable experience was gained as a visiting fellow and researcher at the NIH from October 1987 to October 1994. Mario Clerici's academic background includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the Università degli Studi di Milano after completing secondary education at Liceo Ginnasio G Berchet.
