Wang Aiping is an experienced engineering manager currently serving as the Products Engineering Manager at FOMAS Group since July 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing the Material and Product Engineering department. Previously, Wang held the position of Deputy General Manager at Beijing General Fitting Co., Ltd, focusing on R&D and technical management from September 2021 to June 2022. Wang also contributed to Xingda Steel Tyre Cord Co., Ltd as Deputy General Manager of R&D from January 2017 to August 2021, managing the technical center and involving product development and process technology. Prior experience includes various roles at Bekaert Shenyang Advanced Products Co., Ltd from April 2007 to December 2016, where achievements ranged from project management to participation in the Bekaert Manufacturing System project with McKinsey. Wang Aiping obtained a PhD in Amorphous Alloys from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from Northeastern University, China.
