Theodore Tinnell, MSN, RN (he/him) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Their most recent position is as the Director of Nursing at FOLX Health, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Camp Nurse at Brave Trails in August 2021 and as the Head Camp Nurse at Camp Aranu'tiq of Harbor Camps in July-August 2021.

In terms of healthcare experience, Theodore served as an Emergency Department Nurse at MedStar Harbor Hospital from September 2020 to July 2021. Theodore Tinnell, MSN, RN (he/him) completed their Master's Entry Nursing degree at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Comparative Literature at Colorado College from 2009 to 2013, focusing on Mixed Media and French Literature. In 2016 and 2017, Theodore acquired an EMT-Basic License and completed nursing school prerequisites at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley. Theodore received their high school diploma from Mullen High School in 2009.

In addition to their educational background, Theodore holds several certifications. Theodore obtained an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate in November 2020 from America. In the same month, they also received the NIH Stroke Scale Certificate A from The National Institutes of Health. In April 2020, Theodore became a Clinical Extern/Nurs 2 certified by the State of Maryland. Furthermore, they obtained a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association in November 2018, and an EMT certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in July 2016.
