Jennifer Callahan has extensive experience in customer success, compliance, and volunteer engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Success Partner at Foley since June 2016, Jennifer has consistently achieved outstanding sales performance, earning President’s Club membership multiple times. Prior to this, Jennifer held leadership roles at the American Red Cross, where effectiveness in volunteer engagement led to national recognition. Jennifer's career also includes roles in human resources at prestigious firms such as Ernst & Young and Citigroup, as well as operational management experience at Microskin New York and Apple. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Central Connecticut State University.
