Maddy Rodriguez is a Partner at Foley Hoag LLP, with extensive experience in civil litigation, specializing in international and commercial disputes for clients in the education and life sciences sectors, as well as sovereign States. Rodriguez serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Education practice, representing colleges and universities in various civil cases and investigations. Rodriguez also holds the position of Executive Director at the Foley Hoag Foundation, which focuses on addressing inequities in society. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Litigation Associate and Special Assistant District Attorney at Norfolk County District Attorney's Office, and internships at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
