Deborah Williams is a law student at Boston University School of Law and currently serves as a Summer Associate/Diversity Fellow at Foley Hoag LLP. Previously, Williams was the President of Students Against Sexual Assault, leading the nonprofit organization from June 2020 to August 2021. An experienced mentor and advisor, Williams worked as an Undergraduate Senior Peer Advisor in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara, assisting around 1,200 students with navigating academic requirements. Additional experience includes a legal internship at the Santa Barbara Public Defender, where Williams conducted intake interviews and managed legal documentation, and roles as an Event Assistant with Associated Students of UC Santa Barbara and Youth Sports Official with Cosumnes Community Services District. Williams earned a degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Santa Barbara, completing studies from 2016 to 2020.
