María José Castría is the VP & Project Manager & Tech Lead at Folder IT. María has over a decade of experience in the IT industry, specializing in web development and database management.

Castría began their career as a Service Scholar at the Computing Center for the Facultad Recional de Santa Fe (UTN) in 2007. There, they were responsible for programming in JavaScript and HTML, customizing the Guaraní SIU system, and manipulating databases. In 2008, they left the UTN to join Folder IT.

At Folder IT, Castría has continued to develop their skills in web development and database management. María has also taken on additional responsibilities such as project management and technical lead roles. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, they have become an invaluable asset to the company.

María José Castría is an Information Systems Engineer from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in the field of Information Technology. María also has a certification from University of Cambridge in First Certificate in English (FCE).
