Ben Spivack has worked in various roles in the retail industry since 2011. Ben began their career as Vice President of Communications for the University of Michigan Real Estate Club in 2011. In 2013, they became a Location Planning Summer Analyst for Ross Stores, Inc. In 2014, they moved to RGI Home as a Product Development & Sourcing Associate. In 2015, they joined Gilt.com as an Assistant Merchandise Planner. In 2016, they worked as an Associate Merchandise Planner for J.Crew and a Global Merchandise Planner for Gap Inc. In 2018, they returned to RGI Home as Senior Manager - Merchandising and Planning and Business Development Manager. In 2019, they founded Folden Lane and serves as the Founder & CEO, overseeing brand development, cross-channel digital/brand marketing & creative direction, product innovation engine, design & development, omni-channel product roadmap, testing of new ideas, cost-engineering & pricing strategy, gathering customer-driven insights, speed to market, and executing all of these efforts with precision & speed.
Ben Spivack received a High School Diploma from Paul D. Schreiber High School in 2010. Ben then attended the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government with emphasis in Economics in 2014. During their time at the University of Michigan, they also took courses at UNSW and the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, where they studied Real Estate Development.
