Kristen Stants is an experienced human resource professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at FogPharma since August 2023. Previously, Kristen held the same title at Magenta Therapeutics from January 2020 to February 2023. Additional roles include Vice President of Global Talent Management at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from October 2017 to January 2020 and Vice President of Global Talent Management and Pharmaceutical Development HR at Patheon from January 2016 to October 2017. Kristen's career in human resources began at Biogen Idec, where various positions were held from October 2006 to January 2016, including Senior Director, Human Resources. Prior to that, Kristen worked as a Consultant at Hewitt Associates from May 1997 to October 2006. Kristen holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations in Human Resource Management and a Master's in Communication from Cornell University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
