Sabith Azward is the current director of M&A at FOG Software Group. Prior to this, they were with Constellation Software Inc. from January 2020 to December 2022 as an M&A analyst. Sabith was responsible for investments, strategy, and operational initiatives for the global software investor. From January 2018 to December 2020, they were an investment analyst with CPP Investment Board where they were responsible for direct equity investments in public and pre-IPO opportunities. These investments ranged between $100 million to $1 billion for 5% to 25% of equity, along with governance rights. Prior to that, they were a senior associate - deal advisory, transaction services with KPMG Canada from January 2016 to December 2018 where they were responsible for financial due diligence, commercial due diligence, M&A advisory, and post-merger integration for private equity firms, pension funds, and strategic clients.

Sabith Azward has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Sabith is also certified by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and by the CFA Institute as having completed the CFA Level 1 exam.
