Jessica Johnson has worked for four different companies since 2015. Jessica began their career at ABa Quality Monitoring Ltd as a Project Administrator and Proofreader. In 2018, they moved to AZoNetwork as a Freelance Copyeditor. In 2021, they joined Mamas & Papas as a Digital Content Executive and is currently employed by FOD Mobility Group as a Content Marketing Executive.

Jessica Johnson attended St. Joseph's Catholic College from 2004 to 2011. Jessica then went on to The University of Manchester, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from 2013 to 2016. Most recently, they completed a degree in International Strategic Marketing from the University of Bradford in 2020.
