Prof. Dr. Florian Wasser has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Prof. Dr. Florian is currently working as a Professor of Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at IU International University of Applied Sciences since November 2021. In addition to this, they are also serving as a Senior Scientist at Focused Energy Inc. since November 2021.

Prior to their current positions, Prof. Dr. Wasser held the role of Leiter Produktmanagement at Precitec Optronik GmbH from January 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Projektmanager at Precitec GmbH & Co. KG from January 2017 to January 2019.

Their career started at GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research where they worked as a Laser- und Plasmaphysiker from November 2014 to January 2017. Prior to this, they served as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Technische Universität Darmstadt from April 2011 to November 2014.

From 2005 to 2014, Prof. Dr. Florian Wasser pursued their education in Physics at the Technische Universität Darmstadt. Prof. Dr. Florian successfully earned a degree of Dr. rer. nat. during this time.
