Denise Shelton-Jackson, MBA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the construction and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Fractional CFO at FocusCFO® since February 2024, Denise specializes in business value growth for small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Weiss Construction Co LLC and Hutch Paving Inc., where responsibilities included financial management, internal controls, and strategic oversight. With a solid foundation in financial accounting from positions at organizations such as Aramark and MCM Management Corporation, Denise also held leadership roles, including President of Unique Way of Consulting, LLC. Denise holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting & Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from Davenport University.
