Chuck Williams is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in healthcare and organizational development. Currently serving as Principal at FocusCFO® since June 2023, Chuck previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance from June 2014 to February 2023, where significant growth was achieved through both organic means and mergers, establishing the largest independent orthopedic physician practice in Tennessee. Prior roles include Chief Development Officer at Tatum LLC, Senior Director at The Advisory Board Company, and various executive positions at HealthSouth, Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., Global Vision Technologies, PhyCor, and HCA. Chuck holds an MBA in Finance with a minor in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and has a foundational education from Arizona State University.
