Leah Outten is an experienced writer and adoption advocate with a diverse background in communication and support services. Currently serving as an Adoption Advocate at Christian Adoption Consultants since May 2023, Leah has also been a Writer with Focus on the Family since December 2019. Leah maintains a personal blog, Leahoutten.com, which has functioned as a writing portfolio since October 2006. Previously, Leah contributed as a writer to Their View From Home and held various roles in the adoption field, including Birth Mom Mentor and Speaker with Talk About Adoption, and Adoption Educator with Arrow + Root. Additional experience includes Social Media Manager for Childbirth Now and Copywriter for Proverbs 31 Ministries. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
