Josh is part of the M&A and business development team at Focus, with an emphasis on recruiting new partner firms and merger candidates located in the United States. In addition, Josh also works with potential candidates for succession planning, through Focus’ unique Succession Solution.

Before joining Focus, Josh was a Wealth Management intern at Gerstein Fisher, a boutique New York RIA. While there, he helped implement a new insurance reporting program for firm and client use and gained experience in all aspects of the wealth management industry, including investments, marketing and compliance.

Josh graduated from the Honors College of the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Finance and a double major in Political Science.
