Tanja Nielsen has extensive experience in the social and healthcare sector, currently serving as Sektorformand for Social og sundhedssektoren at FOA since August 2012. Prior to this role, Tanja held the position of Næstformand i social og sundhedssektor at FOA Holstebro from August 2012 to March 2016. Previous experience includes serving as Gruppekoordinator at Parkvænget, where responsibilities included coordination and planning of schedules and staff meetings, and holding the role of Social og sundhedsassistent at both Filskov plejecenter and Beringshaven, focusing on holistic care and coordination. Tanja Nielsen completed education at Social og sundhedsskolen Herning from 1995 to 1997.
