Álamo Barreto Silveira has extensive experience in IT solutions, currently serving as Tech Lead Operações at FNC IT Solutions since July 2014, where management of consultancy and operations teams takes place alongside project management. Previously, Álamo held roles such as TI Analyst focused on application monitoring with Dynatrace and infrastructure monitoring using Zabbix and Grafana, as well as handling administration for Office 365 and Azure AD and involvement in cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud. Prior positions include Analyst for pre-sales in Observability at FNC IT Solutions, Support Analyst roles at Atual-IT and TV Cultura, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista.
