Njekwa Muyenga possesses extensive experience in customer service and team leadership across multiple industries, including banking and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Contact Team Leader at FNB Zambia since October 2019, Njekwa has held various positions including Sales Consultant and Bank Teller. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Care Supervisor at Zamtel from January 2011 to November 2019, and as Call Centre Team Leader at Airtel T/A Celtel Zambia PLC from April 2004 to December 2010. Njekwa holds a degree in CIM Marketing from ZCAS, completed in 2015, and is skilled in change management, people management, operations management, and strategic business strategy.
