Trice Seargent serves as the Senior Vice President and Retail Banking Manager at FNB Bank since August 2013, focusing on customer service and the sales of banking products while overseeing the training and development of staff across all retail locations. Prior to FNB Bank, Trice held multiple roles at BB&T from September 2004 to August 2013, including Vice President and Financial Center Leader, where leadership and financial solutions for small businesses were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President at BB&T, Loan Officer at The Murray Bank, Banking Center Manager at SunTrust Bank, and Financial Center Manager at Fifth Third Bank. Trice's professional journey began after completing the management training program at World Savings, eventually managing a branch in Florida. Trice obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from Murray State University between 1992 and 1997.
