Saskia Bezoen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, policy advisory, and economic affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Governance Advisor at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, since September 2022, Saskia also holds a voluntary position as a board member at Microkrediet voor Moeders. Previous roles include significant positions at De Nederlandsche Bank, where Saskia worked in banking supervision and policy advisory from 2009 to 2022, and at the Ministry of Economic Affairs as a Senior Policy Advisor. Early career experiences encompass economic roles in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Bangladesh, and internships at The World Bank and the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.
